DUSHANBE, February 25, Asia-Plus  — The French embassy in Dushanbe today announced that the Government of France provides assistance worth 150,000 euros following the UN’s Flash Appeal for Tajikistan in response to the current humanitarian and energy crisis.  

The assistance, including fuel and first-necessity items, will be distributed to fifteen centers for elderly and disabled people, which are houses for totaling 5,000 people.  

According to the French Embassy, the assistance will be delivered to Tajikistan as soon as possible through the French humanitarian ACTED, which has worked in Tajikistan for already many years.
