DUSHANBE, April 17, Asia-Plus — The estimated budget for reconstruction of the Central Park in Dushanbe is 17.2 million somonis, Abduvali Komilov, the head of the Agency for Construction and Architecture, announced at a press conference in Dushanbe today.
According to him, the concrete work on foundations for fountains and the monument to the founder of Tajik-Persian classic literature Abu Abdullo Rudaki has already been completed.
The monument will be erected in the park in August and the park itself will be officially opened in September this year, Komilov said.
