DUSHANBE, May 22, Asia-Plus  — Chinese entrepreneurs are seeking license for constructing a cement plant in Tajikistan.  

On Wednesday May 21, Odil Sangov, the first deputy chairman of Tajikistan’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI), received two Chinese entrepreneurs to discuss cooperation issues, the CCI press service said.   

The Chinese entrepreneurs are owners of plants on producing building materials both in Russia’s Fr east and in China itself.  

During the meeting, Mr. Ma Hontuang and Mr. Wang Kai noted that they would like to construct a medium-sized cement plant in Tajikistan.  In this connection, they were interested in the issues related to customs clearance of imported equipment, taxation of physical entities and residents as well as laws concerning investments and concessions, the press service said.
