            DUSHANBE, May 26, Asia-Plus  – The 37-year-old Tajik national, internationally wanted by Tajik police for crimes committed in Tajikistan, was detained in the Odintsovo district, Moscow region on May 24, Russia’s website Akado reported.  

The detainee has been wanted by Tajik police since 1996 and he will be extradited to Tajikistan within the next few days, according to Akado.   

The source at the Tajik Ministry of Interior (MoI) noted that the detainee’s name is not disclosed in the interest of investigation and further details will be given after his extradition to Tajikistan.
