DUSHANBE, May 26, Asia-Plus — Thomas Tait, the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Nevada Tourism Alliance, arrived in Dushanbe May 26 for a weeklong series of consultations with private tourism operators, international donors, and government of Tajikistan officials on how to improve tourism in Tajikistan, press release issued by the US Embassy in Dushanbe said.
Tait met several Tajik tour operators and government tourism promoters when they visited the United States in 2006 and 2007 for consultations on tourism.
