DUSHANBE, July 4, 2004, Asia-Plus  — A republican two-day conference formally titled “Expansion of Free of Dialogue between Licensing Body and TV and Radio Organization on the Basis of Mutual Understanding” opened at the Center for Strategic Studies in Dushanbe today.

The conference staged by Tajikistan’s Association of Independent Electronic Media (TajANSMI), the OSCE Center in Dushanbe, Internews-Network in Tajikistan, and the Friedrich Ebert Foundation.   

The conference participants include representatives from president’s office, TV and radio organizations, political parties, experts and journalists.
