DUSHANBE, July 29, 2008, Asia-Plus  — On Monday July 28, Sharif Said, head of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI), met here with delegation of China’s Heilung-Kiang province that had arrived in Tajikistan to participate in China’s national exhibition that opened in Dushanbe today.  

During the meeting, the delegation members, including Chzhao Ven (phonetically spelled), director general of the Suan Juan Corporation, and representatives of the Heilung-Kiang commerce directorate, noted that their province had put on display its achievements in the industrial sector and they would like to establish cooperation with Tajikistan, the source at a CCI said.

In the course of the talks, the sides discussed in details possible bilateral cooperation in sectors like energy, mining, housing, road and bridge building, education, tourism, etc.

Chinese guests invited Tajik entrepreneurs to attend International Trade Fair in Harbin in September this year.
