DUSHANBE, August 8, 2008, Asia-Plus  — Tajikistan’s Red Crescent Society (RCS) has handed over a 40 kW  diesel generator to the Republican Narcology Center named after Minhoj Ghulomov. 

Speaking in an interview with Asia-Plus, the Narcology Center, Mr. Mahmadrahim Malakhov, said that the generator is able to provide with heat and electrical power the whole center.  According to him, more than 80 patients are currently undergoing medical treatment at the center.
