Construction Activity: Legislation and Reforms

will be held in Dushanbe on September 24.  

According to the USAID Dushanbe Office, the presentation will be held by the State Committee for Investments and State-owned Property Management (GosKomInvest) under technical support of the USAID Business Environment Improvement (BEI) Project.

Representatives of the government, relevant ministries and organizations as well as private sector will attend the survey-presentation ceremony.  

The main objective of the presentation is in acquainting those present with applicable legislation of Tajikistan in the field of construction, experience of some countries, as well as practical recommendations on improvement of the construction permit system.
