DUSHANBE, November 28, 2008, Asia-Plus – Minister of Education Abdujabbor Rahmonov held talks with his Iranian counterpart in Switzerland on Thursday, IRNA said.

On the sidelines of the 48th session of the International Conference on Education underway in Geneva, Rahmonov and Ali-Ahmadi discussed issues related to further promotion of educational cooperation.

The 48th session of the International Conference on Education is being held on November 25-28 in Geneva, attended by over 100 education ministers and their deputies from the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) member states.
