KULOB December 29, 2008, Asia-Plus  — Debts of residential customers and organizations of the city of Kulob to local municipal waterworks, Kulobvodokanal (KVK), for drinking water have amounted to 1.568 million somoni to this date, the KVK head Ismon Rizvonov said in an interview with Asia-Plus.

According to him, residential customers’ debts alone have amounted to some 900,000 somoni.

Among the most incorrigible are Kulobgaz (Kulob natural-gas distributor) – 13,670 somoni, Kuloob electric systems – 12,759 somoni, the pilot plant of technical equipment – 6,608 somoni, and the Kulob ginning-factory, Pakhtai Kulob – 3,513 somoni.
