DUSHANBE, January 26, 2009, Asia-Plus  — New France’s Ambassador to Tajikistan Henry Zipper de Fabiani has arrived in Dushanbe today morning.

According to the French Embassy in Dushanbe, Mr. Henry Zipper de Fabiani is presenting a copy of credentials to Foreign Minister Hamrokhon Zarifi tomorrow and on January 28, he will present the credentials to President Emomali Rahmon.

Mr. Henry Zipper de Fabiani replaced Mr. Olivier Maitland Pelen, who had served as France’s Ambassador to Tajikistan for more than two years.
