DUSHANBE, February 26, 2009, Asia-Plus  — Abdurahmon Buzmakov, formerly deputy chief of the Khatlon police directorate in charge of the Kulob region, has been appointed to head the criminal investigation directorate within the Ministry of Interior, replacing Ismatullo Rasoulov, the source at a MoI told Asia-Plus today.

Ismatullo Rasoulov is currently at the disposal of the MoI personnel department, the source said.
