DUSHANBE, April 20, 2009, Asia-Plus –The board (Shuro) of Tajikistan’s lower chamber (Majlisi Namoyandagon) of parliament considered a bill on general census of the population at an April 20 meeting presided over by its speaker, Saydullo Khairulloyev.
Muhammadato Sultonov, a spokesman for the Majlisi Namoyandagon, said that the board also considered the draft law on technical standards and some legal documents.
Some of these issues will be considered at a sitting the fifth session of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the third convocation on April 22, the spokesman said.
