DUSHANBE, June 19, 2009, Asia-Plus  — Foreign Minister Hamrokhon Zarifi yesterday attended an opening ceremony of the Resource Center at Dushanbe’s Boarding School # 4, according to the MFA information department.

The project for establishment of the resource center, costing 12,000 U.S. dollars, has been implemented under financial support of UNSECO in the framework of UNESCO’s Participation Program to support raising skills of students to operate computer programs and equipment.

Premises for the resource center has been renovated and 20 computers, two printers, one copy machine and scanner and necessary furniture have been purchased for the boarding school, the MFA information department said.
