DUSHANBE, August 28, 2009, Asia-Plus — Five Tajik schoolchildren have returned from Belarus, where they participated in master-classes for young painters from the CIS states that was conducted at Ilya Repin Museum Estate, Zdravnevo, in Belarus, according to the Ministry of Culture (MoC).
20 students at art schools and colleges aged 13 to 17 from 10 CIS states, including Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan, participated in the master-classes that were conducted with support form the CIS Interstate Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation (IFHC).
Known artists from Russia and Belarus conducted the master-classes for these young gifted painters.
