Dushanbe. September 4th. “Asia-Plus” – Russia in the near future will not use the right to reception of the International Monetary Fund soft loan.

As news agencies of Russia inform, at the same time Moscow refuses to represent as the donor. It was declared on the eve by Vladimir Putin the prime minister of Russia. IMF was ready to allocate 8,840 billion roubles to Russia. Alexey Kudrin the head of the Ministry of Finance has declared that according to results of negotiations with the Central Bank it has appeared that there is no necessity in this money at present, as Russia is not in a critical situation.

Putin has charged to Kudrin to pay special attention in dialogue with International Monetary Fund management on support of the CIS countries. CIS include Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kirghizia, Tajikistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Moldova, and Ukraine. The process of exit of Georgia from the CIS has come to its end in August of the current year.
