In the meantime, Russia’s Trade Representative to Tajikistan told Asia-Plus that Rosneft and Tajikistan’s Ministry of Energy and Industries recently signed “a protocol of intent on Rosneft’s getting into Tajikistan’s market.”  According to him, Rosneft is ready to invest in development of Tajikistan’s market of oil products.
