DUSHANBE, November 20, 2009 Asia-Plus  — Tajikistan’s private air carrier, Somon Air, has launched a project aimed at offering tour services to Tajik nationals and foreign citizens visiting the country, according to the Somon Air.

The airline will organize tour travels fro Tajik citizens and render services to foreign tourists arriving in Tajikistan for health, mountain, eco and excursion tourism.

By this day, Somon Air has concluded contracts with air companies in different countries of the world, including the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Germany and Turkey.

The company is currently developing advertising-informational materials as well as new routes for foreign tourists arriving in Tajikistan and exciting travels abroad.  Somon Air will offer its clients a full package of services, “All Included” (obtaining visa, medical insurance, flight, meeting at the airport, hotel accommodation reservation services, providing interpreting services, excursions).

The company offers both collective and individual tour travels, business tours, and sanatorium-and-spa treatment, the press service said. 

The Somon Air is an airline based in Dushanbe.  It is the first private air carrier in Tajikistan.
