DUSHANBE, May 8, 2010, Asia-Plus — More than 100 representatives of Tajik intelligentsia will participate in an International Book Fair that will open in Tehran on May 9, Mr. Hassan Ghashqavi, Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister for Consular, Parliamentary and Iranian Affairs, told reporters in Dushanbe on May 7.
According to him, they will present their works that were published last year and were printed in Arabic script. “Representatives of Tajikistan will also have an opportunity to purchase necessary literature for their organizations,” Mr. Ghashqavi said.
