Kurgon-Teppa. June 23. “Asia-Plus” — A criminal case against Chief Architect of Vakhsh region was launched in Khatlon.

According to the Regional Interior Department for Khatlon area, Chief Architect of Vakhsh region Sherali Davlatov and land surveyor from Rohi Lenin jamoat of the same region Abdusalom Damonov are accused of abuse of power for illegal allocation of 8,42 ha of farmland of 62 residents of the aforementioned region for housing purposes.

Criminal proceedings were launched under article 316 part 2 (abuse of power) and article 323 (forgery) of the Criminal Code of Tajikistan. Investigation is carried out by Prosecutor’s Office of Vakhsh region.
