DUSHANBE, August 10, 2011, Asia-Plus – According to National Bank of Tajikistan, inflation rate in Tajikistan in seven months this year made 7.7%.

According to NBT, inflation rate in July made 0.5% as compared to June’s 0.2%.

“In general, inflation rate in the past twelve months made 14.1%,” NBT said.

According to the source, inflation growth in Tajikistan is mainly caused by external factors – fluctuation of prices at international oil and food markets and growing load on transport costs.

In the 2011 state budget inflation rate is adjusted up to 11%.

According to the International Monetary Fund’s forecast, this year’s inflation rate in Tajikistan will make 13-14%. In 2010 inflation rate in Tajikistan made 9.8%.

In July this year, one of the most important financial indexes, refinancing rate made 9.0%
