Oybek Dadaboyev the deputy director general of Khujand International Airport, told Asia-Plus Tuesday afternoon that RusLine will be the tenth Russian air carrier to operate flights to northern Tajikistan.  “To-date, nine Russian air companies, namely Russia, Sibir, Tatarstan, Donavia, Taimair, Ural Airlines, Orenburg Airlines, Utair and Yakutia have operated flights  to Khujand,” Dadaboyev said.
