DUSHANBE, January 5, 2012, Asia-Plus – By president’s decree of January 4 Matloubkhon Davlatov, formerly Head of President’s Executive Office, was appointed First Deputy Prime Minister.

Bakhtiyor Khudoyorov, who had previously been Minister of Justice, was appointed Head of President’s Executive Office.

We will recall that the position of First Deputy Prime Minister has been vacant for several months after Asadullo Ghulomov suddenly died at the age of 57 in August 2011.
