The Dushanbe Strategic Research Center is hosting an annual meeting of shareholders of the Roghun HPP which is presided over by Tajik Prime Minister Aqil Aqilov.

As reported by Prime Minister’s Secretariat, the agenda consists of five issues. Shareholders are scheduled to approve annual report and financial report for 2011 and elect new members of the Supervisory Board and approve the new version of the Charter of the Roghun HPP Co Ltd.

Special registration centers for shareholders were set up throughout the republic prior to the meeting. Registration was open for all shareholders.

The first annual meeting of shareholders of Roghun HPP was held on May 26, 2011, when shareholders approved annual narrative and financial reports, elected new members of the Supervisory Board, members of the Audit Commission and the list of the Returning Commission and selected an auditor.
