DUSHANBE, July 27, 2012, Asia-Plus  — On Friday July 27, Prime Minister Oqil Oqilov held a meeting to discuss issues related to taking timely preparations to ensure the regular work of the country”s economy during autumn-winter 2012-2013, Prime Minister’s Secretariat reports.

The prime minister reportedly ordered relevant ministries and committees to take adequate measures to provide the population, economic, social and cultural facilities with electricity and fuels during winter months.

The meeting also considered the issues of increasing the number of shops for purchasing coals and liquefied gas, repairing energy facilities and preparing road-cleaning machines and equipment for the winter period, the source said.
