KULOB, December 18, 212, Asia-Plus  — Heavy snowfalls have hit the Baljuvon district, disrupting power supply to ten villages in the district, Mirzo Ismoilov, head of the Kulob power supply network, told Asia-Plus Tuesday afternoon.

According to him, heavy snowfalls have also blocked roads to the villages of Satalmush, Olicha Dara, Dashti Maydon and Darai Dektur.

“We have organized special teams of electrical technicians to restore power supplies in the villages,” Ismoilov said.
