DUSHANBE, September 3, 2013, Asia-Plus – The hearing will be held behind closed doors in the National Security Committee’s detention facility, because the case is classified as secret.

Court hearing on Well-known entrepreneur, Zayd Saidov’s criminal case is set for 12 September of this year. One of Mr. Saidov’s lawyers, Shuhrat Qudratov, who came back to officially defend the entrepreneur, hearing will be held behind closed doors in the Committee for National Security’s detention facility, because the case is classified as secret.

Mr. Qudratov said: “Today I received the order for acquaintance with the case. We know that along with Mr. Saidov, Daler Babev, former Director of Tajiktextile will also be on the defendants’ bench.”

(New Tajikistan) initiative group, Mahmoudjan Qasimov, was released after five days of detention, who was sentenced for organization of a flash-mob in support of Zayd Saidov.

The lawyer added that all the other participants of the flash-mob will be released by the end of the day.
