DUSHANBE, October 3, 2013, Asia-Plus — On Wednesday October 2, Tajik President Emomali Rahmon received Mr. Michael Gloss, a member of the Bundestag Committee for International Cooperation and Development.

According to the president’s official website, the sides discussed issues related to state and prospects of further expansion of bilateral cooperation between Tajikistan and Germany.

They reportedly pointed to the necessity of expanding bilateral cooperation between the two countries in the fields of trade, economics and investment.

Rahmon and Gloss expressed confidence that bilateral cooperation between Tajikistan and Germany in sectors like industry, energy and agriculture will expand dynamically for the benefit of both nations, the president’s website said.
