DUSHANBE, December 23, 2013, Asia-Plus – On Saturday December 21, President Emomali Rahmon got acquainted with the pace of construction of new buildings for the Tax Committee and the Committee for Youth, Sports and Tourism Affairs in Dushanbe.

According to the president’s official website, construction of the new 12-storey building of the Tax Committee under the Government of Tajikistan is nearing completion.  The building is expected to be put in commission by the end of 2014.

The 14-storey building of the Committee for Youth, Sports and Tourism Affairs will be put in commission by the end of 2015.

The Union of Youth of Tajikistan, the National Olympic Committee of Tajikistan and the Committee for Family and Women’s Affairs will also be placed in this building.  

On Saturday, Rahmon also participated in planting of trees and shrubs in the Ustod Roudaki Park, the president’s website said.
