The Islamic Revival Party declares that the authorities are creating obstacles for holding a visiting meeting of the Party cell for Central Subordination Districts in Jirgatal.

As IRPT Spokesperson Mahmoudjan Fayzrahmanov said, a visiting Party cell meeting, scheduled for tomorrow in Jirgatal district will not be held, since the head of the local consumer society demanded the building rent contract be terminated with the IRPT.

“Furthermore,” the source said, “the Head of the IRPT Office in Jirgatal, Qurbanmurad Saidmuradov, is called for ‘clarification’ of some issues into the National Security Committee’s district office.”

However, according to him, the visiting meeting of the Party cell for the Districts of Central Subordination will still be held in the near future in one of the Rasht Valley districts.

Mr. Fayzrahmanov said: “We cannot tell for sure when and in which district the meeting will be held yet, since the Head of the IRPT Office in Nurabad has been called into the local police station, and is still being held there; meeting participant documents area constantly being checked by police.”
