DUSHANBE, September 15, 2014, Asia-Plus — Work on drafting Tajikistan’s national budget for 2015 is going on, according to the Ministry of Finance (MoF).

An official source at a MoF says the revenue part of the draft budget for 2015 is projected at 15.1125 billion somoni, which is 8.8 percent more than the revenue part of the national budget for 2014.

The expenditure part of the draft national budget for 2015 is expected to stand at 15.3766 billion somoni, the source said.

Meanwhile, Tajikistan’s gross domestic product for 2015 is expected to stand at 52.821 billion somoni.

We will recall that the national budget for 2014 stood at 13,901,027,000 somoni.

The country’s national budget for 2012 stood at little more than 12 billion somoni.
