DUSHANBE, December 8, 2014, Asia-Plus — Forty-one single-mandate constituencies will be set up in Tajikistan for the 2015 parliamentary elections that will take place on March 1, 2015.

A meeting of the Central Commission for Elections and Referenda (CCER), presided over by its head, Shermuhammad Shohiyon, took place today to discuss issues related to preparations for and holding of the parliamentary elections that will take place in the country in March next year.

The CCER reportedly approved the plan of the main measures on preparations for and holding of the elections and approved forms of the election documents.

The meeting also made a decision on setting up 41 single-mandate constituencies and defining their boundaries, the source said.
