DUSHANBE, April 28, 2015, Asia-Plus – Dushanbe Mayor Mahmadsaid Ubaidulloyev has introduced a number of staff changes.

According to the Dushanbe mayor’s office press center, Ubaidulloyev introduced new head of the Dushanbe Land Management Committee Tourakhon Ibrohimov at an April 27 meeting that reviewed issues related to preservation of monuments in Dushanbe.

Besides, Orif Safarov was relieved of his post of Director of Dushanbe’s Victory Park.

President of the Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, Farhod Rahimi, acquainted those present with methods of preserving monuments and sculptors from corrosion, the source said.    

Speaking at the meeting, the mayor ordered relevant municipal agencies to cooperate with Tajik researchers on cleaning monuments in the city.
