DUSHANBE, November 19, 2015, Asia-Plus — Women’s Business Forum and Entrepreneurship Expo are taking place in Dushanbe tomorrow.

According to the U.S, Embassy, representatives of the government, diplomatic missions and international organizations active in the country, as well as representatives of Tajikistan’s business community will participate in the forum that will take place at the Ismaili Center.  

Senior representatives of the State Committee on Investment and State-owned Property Management of Tajikistan and the Committee for Family and Women’s Affairs under the Government of Tajikistan, as well as representative of the U.S. Embassy in Dushanbe will give opening remarks at the Forum.

The Forum participants are expected to discuss issues related to challenges to female participation in entrepreneurship.

An Entrepreneurship Expo (handicraft works, artisan works, agricultural processed products etc.) will be held throughout the day.
