Tajik central bank reports consolidation of five microlending agencies

DUSHANBE, April 13, 2016, Asia-Plus  – Five microlending agencies have reportedly been merged into one microlending agency.

According to the National Bank of Tajikistan (NBT), limited liability companies

Rushdi Pomir

,

Ishkoshim

,

Rushdi Darvoz

,

Avrangzeb

and

Shouroobod

have merged into one microlending agency.

The Tajik central bank press center reports the NBT board satisfied an application by the

Ishkoshim

,

Rushdi Darvoz

,

Avrangzeb

and

Shouroobod

microlending agencies for merging with the

Rushdi Pomir

microlending agency on April 11.

In this connection, the NBT recalled licenses of the

Ishkoshim

,

Rushdi Darvoz

,

Avrangzeb

and

Shouroobod

microlending agencies.

These microlending organizations reportedly failed to comply with the NBT’s minimum capital requirements for the microlending organizations.

Meanwhile, the Limited Liability Company

Rushdi Pomir

has committed itself to submit copies of constituent documents to relevant agencies.
