DUSHANBE, June 3, 2016, Asia-Plus – Dushanbe Mayor Mahmadsaid Ubaidulloyev has signed the Dushanbe road development program designed for 2016-2020.
An official source at the Dushanbe mayor’s office says the program provides for allocating about 3 billion somoni for repairing and constructing roads and bridges in Dushanbe.
Of this amount, 691,500,000 somoni are earmarked for construction of new roads in the city, 1,749,654,100 somoni for rehabilitation of roads, and 110,324,800 somoni will be allocated for carrying out major repairs to roads and bridges.
All these funds will be allocated from the Dushanbe budget, the source said.
