Issues of Tajikistan-Turkey cooperation in addressing modern threats discussed in Dushanbe.

On Thursday July 7, Tajik First Deputy Foreign Minister, Nizomiddin Zohidi, received Mr. Ozcan Gultekin, Charge D”affaires, Turkish Embassy in Dushanbe.

According to the Tajik MFA information department, the two exchanged views on cooperation between Tajikistan and Turkey in combating international terrorism and extremism and further cooperation between the two countries in the frameworks of regional and international organizations.    

They also discussed state and prospects of further expansion of bilateral cooperation between Tajikistan and Turkey in the fields of trade, tourism, science and education.
