From September 17 to 22, a week of France will be held in Dushanbe. This was announced today at the press conference by the Ambassador of France in Tajikistan Yasmin Guedar.

She noted that within the framework of the week there will be meetings of Tajik and French orientalists, archaeologists. Also will be shown the animation of the French director Rémi Chayé « On the roof of the world », as well as the creativity of Tajik fashion designers Khurshed Sattorov and Farvardin Otashin.

Meanwhile, the ambassador said that more than 200 historical exhibits of Tajik museums from November next year to early February 2020 will be exhibited in the Guimet Museum in Paris.

«Thus, your country will dominate the center of the French capital within three months», – said Yasmin Guedar.

She is sure that the Tajik exhibition in one of the prestigious museums of the world will serve to increase the flow of tourists from Paris to Tajikistan, after all, according to the Ambassador, France annually receives an average of about 87 million foreign tourists.

«For the exhibition in the museum of Guim selected very valuable, delightful exhibits from the Tajik museums, exhibits that were found by archaeologists in Sarazm, Bokhtar, Penjikent», – the Ambassador noted.
