As part of his working trip to the northern Sughd province, President Emomali Rahmon yesterday visited the city of Khujand, the capital of the Sughd province, where he attended an official opening ceremony of a new building of the Sughd Regional TV Station, according to the Tajik president’s official website.
Sughd Regional TV Station yesterday began broadcasting in HD format.
Besides, Rahmon yesterday met with representatives of the Sughd educational sector that took place at Grammar School 1 named after Mahmoudkhoja Behboudi, which was put in commission on the same day.
After this, the head of state inaugurated the Ariana Metal Plast enterprise, which manufactures bicycles, child’s toys and household goods, the president’s website said.
