Access to the website of Asia-Plus as well as to the social media and social networking service company Facebook was unblocked on November 16, when the first of six units of the Roghun hydroelectric power plant (HPP) was introduced into operation.   

Thanks to this, our readers had an opportunity to watch the life broadcast of the ceremony of inauguration of the Roghun HPP. 

Some 8,000 visitors watched the life broadcast of the ceremony of inauguration of the Roghun HPP on the news.tj website.
