The Dushanbe administration has donated special road cleaning machines to Khorog, the capital of the Gorno Badakhshan Autonomous Region (GBAO).  GBAO Governor Yodgor Fayzov has expressed gratitude to Dushanbe Mayor Rustam Emomali for the machines.

According to the GBAO administration press center, the Dushanbe administration has donated a grader and special multifunctional machines for cleaning and building roads.  

Besides, by president’s order six loaders have been handed over to Khorog administration.  “Fifteen other special road building machines will arrive in the region within the next few days,” the GBAO administration press center said.  

In a report released at a news conference in Dushanbe, Minister of Transport Khudoyor Khudoyorzoda noted on January 30 that the Ministry of Transport has purchased twenty-three special machines, including four bulldozers, six loaders and five graders for maintenance of roads in GBAO and Rasht (eastern Tajikistan).
