One of crossroads in the downtown Dushanbe will be closed to traffic for ten days in connection with construction of mudflow flume under it.

Intersection of Roudaki Avenue and Karamov Street (the Tajik Agricultural University area) will be closed to traffic until March 5 in connection with construction of mudflow flume under this crossroads, according to the Dushanbe administration.

Dushanbe Mayor Rustam Emomali has ordered relevant municipal agencies to organize traffic along bypass roads.

Besides, they are ordered to ensure unobstructed movement of fire-engines, ambulances and police vehicles through the crossroads under repairs, a source at the Dushanbe administration said.  

Dushanbe traffic police department is reportedly ordered to provide safe traffic along parallel roads.
