Accountants of the State Institution “State Commission for the Testing of New Varieties and Their Protection" of the Ministry of Agriculture of Tajikistan appropriated state fund.

Mavluda Kushokova and Manija Mahmadshoeva, working from January 2017 to May 2019 in this department, forged documents over 96 thousand somoni.

A criminal case has been instituted against them under Articles 245 (misappropriation or embezzlement) and 323 (official forgery) of the Criminal Code of Tajikistan.
