Rolling blackouts have been resumed in some areas of Dushanbe’s Ismoili Somoni, Shohmansour and Firdavsi districts in connection with routine maintenance work on power stations in these areas, according to the Dushanbe electricity supply network.

“Today, electricity supply will be cut off to Loiq Sherali, Omar Khayyam, Amishoyev and Khalturin streets in Ismoili Somoni district, Ayni Street in Shohmansour district and Qahhorov Street in Firdavsi district from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm in connection with routine maintenance work,” said an official source at the Dushanbe electricity supply network,” an official source at the Dushanbe electricity supply network noted. 

“Besides, electricity supply will be cut off to Dehnavak and Dashti Khorzo neighborhoods in Ismoili Somoni district, Darvoz, Orom, Shodiyon, Qarotegin and Marifati neighborhoods in Firdavsi district, and Mirzobek neighborhood in Shohmansour district,” the source said.
