A fine for legal entities (companies) is set in the amount ranging from 700 to 1,000 estimate indices.

Confiscation of the subject of an administrative offense is provided for in both cases.

The amount of the fine for foreign nationals and stateless persons now ranges from 100 to 200 estimate indices.  The previous fine for them was equal to 10-20 estimate indices.

Persons committing such an administrative offense are expelled from the country after payment of the fine.
