President Emomali Rahmon yesterday introduced a number of staff changes, according to the Tajik president’s official website. 

By president’s decree Izatullo Sattori was relieved of his post of Minister of Agriculture in connection with transfer to another job.  

His deputies Nusratullo Nozaninzoda, Jamila Saidova and Nusratullo Mousoyev were also dismissed.

Amonullo Salimzoda, formerly Rector of the Tajik Agricultural University, was appointed to head the Ministry of Agriculture.  

Saadi Karimzoda was appointed Firs Deputy Minister of Agriculture.

Besides, Numon Abdugafforzoda was relieved of his post of Head of the Tourism Development Committee under the Government of Tajikistan.

Shirin Amonzoda, who had previous served as First Deputy Head of the Tourism Development Committee, was appointed to head this Committee.  

Gavhar Sharofzoda was relieved her post of Head of the Committee for Language and Terminology.

Olimjon Muhammadjonzoda was appointed Head of the Committee for Language and Terminology.

Saodatsho Matrobiyon was relieved of his post of Deputy Head of the Committee for Language and Terminology.   

By government’s decree Abdullo Rahmonzoda was appointed to head the Committee for Youth and Sports Affairs under the Government of Tajikistan.

Recall, the previous head of this Committee Akhtam Abdullozoda was appointed First deputy Head of President’s Executive Office. 

Qobiljon Khoushvakhtzoda was appointed Rector of the Tajik National University, replacing Muhammadyusuf Imomzoda, who was recently appointed to head the Ministry of Education and Science. 

Usmon Muhammadyorzoda was appointed Rector of the Tajik Agricultural University.  

The head of state yesterday also shook up a number of regional administrators.

Abdualim Ismoilzoda was appointed first deputy head of the Khatlon Province.

Sijouddin Salomzoda was appointed mayor of Bokhtar, the capital of the Khatlon province. 

Akram Sulaimonzoda was appointed mayor of the city of Isfara, Sughd province.

Temur Numonzoda was appointed chairman of the Spitamen district, Sughd province.

Qohir Qudratzoda was appointed chairman of the Jabbor-Rasoulov district, Sughd province.

Khairullo Bobozoda was appointed chairman of the Kuhistoni Mastchoh district, Sughd province.  

Sherali Jalilzoda was appointed chairman of the Baljuvon district, Khatlon province.
