Structure of the Committee for TV and Radio broadcasting needs improvement, the newly appointed head of the Committee, Nouriddin Said, told reporters in Dushanbe on February 5.

“The Committee’s work must be distinguished by two operating principles: flexibility and responsiveness.  We have already begun working in this direction.  We have also begun work in the technical direction.  For example, we have installed single programs and fonts on all our computers that will speed up interaction inside the structure,” said Nouriddin Said.

He further added that activities of the Committee for TV and Radio-broadcasting need serious changes.  “Serious qualitative changes will occur in the structure of TV and radio as well as in newspapers and art groups, which are subordinate to the Committee,” the new appointed head of the Committee for TV and Radio-broadcasting noted.

Recall, Nouriddin Said was appointed to head the Committee for TV and Radio-broadcasting on January 24, 2020 replacing Mahmadsaid Shohiyon.  Prior to this, Nouriddin Said had served as Minister of Education and Science.
