166 new COVID-19 cases have been reported in Tajikistan over the past day, bringing a total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in the country as of May 26.

One more COVID-19-linked death has been reported in the country, bringing a total number of the COVID-19-related deaths in Tajikistan to 47, the single national portal on the new coronavirus issues says.

1,417 patients have reportedly recovered to date.
