Only 9.9 million somoni have been allocated for protection of public health (blood centers, preventive disinfection centers, vaccination centers, sanitary-epidemiological centers and so forth), which is nearly 46 less than it was originally planned (18.2 million somoni).

The other spheres of the health sector (management, control, researches and others) have received over the same three-month period 13.9 million somoni instead of the originally planned 28.2 million somoni (50.7 percent decrease)
